What's the difference between a one-time service and a retainer?
One-time services like the Attribution Cleanup or Schedule Engine Pro Setup are project-based — we come in, fix the problem, and hand it back to you clean. Retainer engagements are ongoing partnerships where we manage campaigns, reporting, and strategy month over month.
How long does an Attribution Cleanup take?
Most attribution cleanups are completed within 2–3 weeks depending on the complexity of your current setup, number of active campaigns, and how your ServiceTitan account is configured. We’ll give you a clear timeline after an initial review.
Is there a long-term contract?
No long-term contracts on one-time services. Retainer engagements start with a 3-month minimum so we have enough runway to build, test, and show results — after that it’s month to month. We’d rather earn your business every month than lock you in.
How do I know if my attribution is broken?
If you’re running more than one marketing channel — Google, LSA, direct mail, etc. — and you can’t tell us with confidence which one booked the most revenue last month, your attribution is broken. Most operators we talk to can’t answer that question. That’s exactly what we fix.
